electronic waste (HHW/e-waste). Residents can drop off items such as paint, solvents, chemicals, computers, batteries, cell phones, fluorescent lights, etc.

Small businesses that qualify for the Very Small Quantity Generator (VSQG) Program (Very Small Quantity Generator (VSQG) Program) may dispose of their hazardous waste at the S.A.F.E. Centers for a fee. This service is by appointment only. Please call (310) 387-1071, or email 4HCESQG@cleanharbors.com to book an appointment.
NOTE: An EPA ID number is required to participate in the VSQG Program. If you regularly generate any amount of hazardous waste, you are required to have an EPA ID number. Alternatively, a temporary EPA ID number can be obtained from the state if you do not regularly generate hazardous waste. Visit https://dtsc.ca.gov/hazardous-waste-id-numbers/ to register and receive your EPA ID number.
