ITS CURRENTLY IN EPICLA BUT INDICATES "WAITING ON APPLICANT" WITH NO FURTHER INFORMATION OR DIRECTION. CAN I PLEASE RECEIVE AN EMAIL FOR FURTHER. I PAID THE GRADING PLANS FEES AND THE PLANS ARE IN REVIEW WITH GLENN TONG. NOT SURE IF THERE IS GMED FEES ASSSOCITATED. MY GUESS IS YES.

I confirmed your observation about the status of your project in EPICLA. The "Waiting for Applicant" designation was placed on the project because we need an Agency Referral Form and a set of plans for the proposed development. The Agency Referral Form can be obtained from the permit technician or your assigned plan checker (Glenn Tong) at the local Building and Safety Office. Once GMED receives the Form and the plans, we will proceed with entering your project onto our backlog. If GMED review fees are not paid at the time of submittal, we will inform you of the fees due prior to issuing our review sheet(s).
