As a follow-up to our phone conversations last week, Geotechnical and Materials Engineering Division did receive your submittal. The submittal was transferred from our normal backlog to our old backlog because the property is located in a city that contracts with the County for development review services. This resulted in the note you received through EPIC-LA that the project was rejected. The submittal does appear on our "old backlog".
