I am an architect working on a single~family residential project in LA County. Can I submit a soils report for review? We don`t yet have a BSD number as we are yet to get through DRP Site Plan Review. If I can submit, what category/name for the fee in the fee schedule?
Answer:
The soils report can be submitted for review through the local Building and Safety office under a Miscellaneous Application. Note, for review purposes, the report remains valid for 1 year before an update report is required.
