We are the new owners and are taking over the project.
Does this permit need a renewal?
We are in the process of getting all other LA agency permits renewed.

The attachment you provided is Geotechnical and Materials Engineering Division's (GMED) approval of the grading plan. As the new owner, if you're not proposing any changes to the grading plan, our review sheet remains valid. If you propose to change the geologic/geotechnical consultant, GMED requires submittal of a "Change of Consultant" letter. Please note, the review sheet is not to be confused with the permit. The grading permit is issued out of the local Building and Safety office (Calabasas in this case). You will need to contact them at 818/880-4150 regarding the need for permit renewal. If you have any questions regarding this information, please contact me at 626/221-2124.
