Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Question:
Hello,
We are in the process of Regional Planning review for a proposed self~storage facility. We were hoping to understand typical timeframes for geotechnical report . Is it typically 4 to 6 weeks per plan check? Also, could you let us know if there is a backlog prior to a plan checker assignment? Thank you in advance.

Thank you in advance.

Answer:
Yes, typically 4-6 weeks per plan check following the initial submittal. Resubmittals are typically less than 4 weeks. Submittals to GMED are assigned to a geologist and soils engineer when the project is entered into our backlog.
