We submitted our plans over a month ago and have not heard back yet. Ive also been calling and cannot reach anyone ~ we get a busy dial tone every time we call.
Is there a better way to follow up on our plans and the submission?

Discussed the situation with the constituent via phone and email. Appears plans and report were submitted to the PW website and not EPIC-LA. Plans and report received through EPIC-LA on Thursday, July 15th. Review should be completed in approximately 4 weeks.
