we have completed and got approval from all LA County agencies and trying to pull final permits. Mr. Visal Te have notified me that we need GMED clearance for this project. could you please let me know what is needed to finish this project and move forward. please see attached approved plans. thanks

You will need to submit the Agency Referral sheet from your Building and Safety plan checker (Mr. Vasal Te), a full set of building plans, and any geotechnical report(s) prepared for the subject project to Geotechnical and Materials Engineering Division (GMED). Submit documents using the EPIC-LA system at the following URL: https://epicla.lacounty.gov/SelfService/#/home
