Our Department does not publish a Brown Book. Instead, we publish the "Gray Book": Additions and Amendments to the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
Although the "Gray Book" is not available, it can be purchased from the Cashier's office, located on the Mezzanine level of the Department of Public Works Headquarters Tower.
The Headquarters Tower address is 900 S. Fremont Avenue, Alhambra California 91803, and is open from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The building is closed Friday through Sunday.
