I have a problem concerning a Transportation Permit. My max width should be 12' 0" and max height should be 14' 0", but the permit prints "Legal" in these fields. Can this problem be corrected.

The reason the width and height figures did not print out on the permit was because you clicked on "Legal" for both of these in addition to entering a dimension. If the "Legal" button is clicked on, our system disregards whatever number is typed in the width/length/height fields and just prints "Legal" on the permit for those items.
We can correct your permit if you provide us with the permit number.
