Please Note:

All plan check and permit fees have increased 3% as of July 1, 2011 pursuant to Titles 26, 27, 28, and 29 of the Los Angeles County Codes. This increase is based on the Consumer Price Index Rise for the Greater Los Angeles Area between March 2010 and March 2011 as published by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics.
